Jahoda, Czech for strawberry, is a fresh sour ale on a gose base with fresh mint and strawberry juice. The brewery announced it with the words that strawberries with mint are back, so it is a returning favourite. Wheat and barley malts plus oats give body, strawberry puree and juice provide the fruit, and coriander and salt keep the gose character in place.
