Falkon Čau šťávo!
Čau šťávo! is a fresh sour ale with bergamot, calamansi, red orange and lemongrass, which the brewery calls a crowd-pleaser for fans of citrus sours. After a year away it came back, as the brewery announces. The base combines wheat and barley malts, wheat flakes and oats, with coriander and salt, and fruit purees plus orange juice supply the citrus. The title is Czech slang for hello, juice.
