Belgium·Belgian Blonde Ale
Tap to rate

Unveiled in June 2025 as Chimay 175, a limited edition for 175 years of Scourmont Abbey and initially offered in 20-litre casks, it now belongs to the range as Yellow. Citrus opens the nose, sharpened by cardamom and coriander, with a touch of red apple and shades of aniseed and vanilla. On the palate spiciness and citrus stay in balance, and the finish is refined and fades into a gentle spicy note.
