Orinoco
A mocha milk stout brewed with Colombian coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla and lactose. It pours opaque black with a dense, frothy tan head. The aroma is mocha: coffee, chocolate, cream and roast. Bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder and espresso follow on the palate, balanced by a soft, roasty bitterness. The body is full, rounded and smooth. Dark malts, flaked barley and naked oats make up the grist, with Herkules as the hop.
