◎ Appearance

DDH Presto presents a hazy golden-amber hue that catches light with a warm, inviting glow. A pillowy white head rises generously and clings to the glass with evident persistence, leaving fine lacing along the sidewall. The haziness speaks to the modern dry-hop technique, with suspended particles contributing to a full, textured visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose bursts immediately with ripe tropical fruit—mango and stone fruit lead, followed by bright tangerine and orange zest. Beneath this fruit-forward expression sits a soft, resinous hop backbone that adds depth without sharp herbal edges. A whisper of sweetness from the malt base rounds the aromatic profile, creating an inviting and layered experience.

◐ Taste

The palate is full and juicy, delivering waves of pineapple and orange zest that develop across the mid-palate with a sustained sweetness. The malt foundation provides enough residual sweetness to anchor the hop intensity without cloying or becoming flabby. Bitterness arrives as a gentle, rounded presence that never overwhelms, instead complementing the fruit-driven character with clean, integrated balance.

The finish is clean and lingering, with the double dry-hop process asserting itself as a satisfying bitter edge that persists without harshness. The aftertaste carries echoes of citrus and resin, fading gradually into a dry, mineral-like conclusion.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
