A delicate white head forms and dissolves quickly, leaving only the thinnest veil of lacing. Fine carbonation creates a persistent shimmer throughout the glass, lending an aperitif-like lightness to the visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with herbaceous hop character—clean, grassy, and herbal without aggressive bitterness. Beneath this primary layer, a subtle funkiness emerges from restrained brettanomyces, adding a whisper of complexity and earthy intrigue. Light spice notes and a suggestion of green fruit round out the aromatic profile, maintaining balance between refinement and mystery.

The palate enters dry and herbal, with crisp hop character and a light, refreshing body that invites repetition. Mid-palate reveals gentle spice and a touch of yeasty complexity, while mild brettanomyces undercurrents add depth without dominating. A honey-like sweetness lingers softly in the background, balanced against subtle hop bitterness that fades cleanly into a smooth finish.

The finish arrives quickly and cleanly, leaving a lingering herbal dryness and a faint peppery spice on the lips. No heavy residue remains—only an invitation to the next sip.
