Dream On presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, milky character that sits between translucent and opaque. The head forms thick and persistent, with fine foam that clings to the glass in structured lacing. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft effervescence rather than aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and stone fruit—orange zest, apricot, and peach—layered over a clean, resinous hop backbone. Underneath sits a soft, grainy maltz sweetness that frames rather than dominates. The hop character remains forward and juicy without turning harsh or overly verdant.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and rounded, with creamy mouthfeel that immediately contradicts the beer's strength. Mid-palate unfolds with full-bodied citrus and tropical stone fruit, their flavours sustained without astringency or sharp bite. Bitterness arrives late and restrained, sitting in the background as a gentle frame rather than a focal point, making the beer dangerously approachable.

The finish remains dry and clean, with lingering citrus and subtle resin notes fading gradually. The aftertaste stays refreshing and balanced, encouraging another sip without any harsh residue or excessive drying.
