Zeebonk
Peach and tropical fruit esters from the yeast meet generous dry-hopping, with mango and pineapple coming through, and hardly any bitterness: no bittering hops go in during the boil, only in the whirlpool and the dry hop. Extra oats and wheat in the grist make this 6.4% New England IPA soft and slightly hazy. Zeebonk is the brewery's figurehead, and a jubilee edition marked ten years of it.
