AI-generated sensory profile for Blanche De Bruges

◎ Appearance

Pale golden-blonde with a persistent haze from suspended yeast particles and unmalted wheat. A dense, creamy white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Bottle conditioning gives it a lively, fine carbonation visible throughout.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with creamy, slightly sweet wheat character balanced by prominent spice from the coriander. A bright, zesty orange character builds in the mid-palate, while a subtle earthy bitterness and peppery tang emerge toward the finish, preventing sweetness from dominating.

◑ Finish

Crisp and refreshing with a lingering spicy-bitter note that dries the palate gently. The aftertaste remains clean and lightly herbal, encouraging another sip without heaviness.

Serve at 5–8°C

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.

Witbier glass

The tall, slender wheat beer glass holds the full 50cl pour and shows off the hazy golden colour. The wide mouth lets citrus and spice aromas drift upward freely.

Best consumed fresh. Citrus and spice notes fade after 3–4 months. Drink within 6 months of packaging.
