Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, delicate white head that settles to a thin lace. The beer presents a luminous, translucent appearance typical of a light-bodied gose. Carbonation is visible and lively, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by an intense tropical fruit medley: ripe mango, passionfruit, and pineapple leap from the glass with thick, juicy sweetness. Beneath the fruit lies a subtle saline note and a whisper of the traditional gose character. There is no aggressive hoppy bite—the aromatics remain soft, inviting, and fruit-forward throughout.

◐ Taste

The entry is soft and slightly sweet, with tropical fruit flavors immediately taking center stage. The mid-palate brings a sharp, clean acidity that cuts decisively through the sweetness, while a subtle saltiness prevents the beer from becoming cloying. The body remains light and easy to drink, allowing the bright interplay of fruit, acid, and salt to shine without heaviness.
