◎ Appearance

A hazy pale ale dressed in light straw gold, with suspended particles creating a soft, cloudy veil throughout. The head forms gently and persists with modest lacing along the glass. Carbonation is understated, befitting the alcohol-free profile and emphasis on hop character over visual drama.

◌ Aroma

Fresh hop aromatics dominate, led by bright mandarin and passionfruit notes from the Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy varieties. A distinctive grassy and green character emerges—the signature of undried, whole-plant hops picked and brewed within hours. Malt presence is restrained, allowing the volatile hop compounds to occupy the foreground.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and rounded, with the hop-forward identity carrying through cleanly. Citrus and stone fruit flavours continue from the nose, while a subtle grassy undertone adds complexity without harshness. Bitterness remains restrained at 28 IBU, integrated and finishing dry rather than sharp.

The finish is clean and brief, leaving no residual sweetness or astringency. The aroma's final gesture—a faint green, herbal whisper—lingers gently before fading.
