◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and warm clove notes, immediately revealing the beer's spice and orange peel character. Beneath lies a soft, grainy wheat presence that grounds the more volatile aromatics. The overall bouquet is clean and inviting, with no harsh or fermented edges—the yeast plays a supporting role rather than dominating the profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens light and crisp, with the coriander and clove spices taking center stage alongside a gentle citrus sweetness from the orange peel. The wheat and oats provide a soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel without heaviness, while the low bitterness (11 IBU) allows the spice and fruit to flourish. The finish is clean and refreshing, with no lingering astringency.

Serve at 5–8°C

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.

Witbier glass

The tall, slender wheat beer glass holds the full 50cl pour and shows off the hazy golden colour. The wide mouth lets citrus and spice aromas drift upward freely.

Best consumed fresh. Citrus and spice notes fade after 3–4 months. Drink within 6 months of packaging.
