The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit and orange zest—backed by a honeyed, slightly sweet maltiness. Citra's dry-hop contribution adds layers of passion fruit and floral notes, while a subtle peppery spice from the yeast emerges as the beer warms. The aromatic profile remains clean and well-defined throughout.

Entry is round and balanced, with honeyed malt sweetness providing a soft foundation. Mid-palate reveals stone fruit complexity—ripe pear and citrus—while Citra hops deliver a dry, persistent bitterness that resists any sense of alcohol heat despite the 8% ABV. The body remains supple and elegant, never cloying.
