Abbaye de Forest
Brewed in Silly since 2007 from a recipe of the Benedictine monks who once lived in a former Brussels abbey. A subtly perfumed aroma comes first, then a delicate bitterness with fruity raisin notes, ending in a pleasantly invigorating bitter finish. Top-fermented and refermented in the bottle, blond, 6.5% ABV, made with pale malt and Kent and Hallertau hops.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
