The creamy head sits stable and substantial atop the surface, displaying fine retention and gentle lacing down the glass. Carbonation appears moderate, befitting the beer's light 4.8% alcohol and soft fruit-forward character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright cherry juice, fresh and immediate, followed by delicate citrus notes from orange peel. Subtle spice emerges from coriander and a whisper of grain sweetness from the white beer base, while Hallertau hops contribute a gentle, understated noble character that does not dominate.

◐ Taste

Cherry enters first on the palate, tart and vibrant, supported by a creamy mouthfeel that softens the acidity. The mid-palate reveals wheat grain and coriander complexity, with a measured tartness that sits between sour and dry. Bitterness remains restrained at 10 IBU, allowing fruit and spice to lead the finish without harsh edges.
