◎ Appearance

Deep amber to brown in the glass, with a naturally hazy appearance reflecting its unfiltered character. The head is dense and cream-colored, clinging persistently to the glass walls with visible lacing as it recedes. Fine carbonation produces a gentle, sustained mousse throughout.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a smooth, full-bodied malt foundation delivering notes of roasted grain and caramel. Dark stone fruit and subtle spice emerge mid-palate, while moderate bitterness from the 26 IBU provides clean definition without harshness. The finish remains dry and satisfying, with no cloying sweetness.

Serve at 6–8°C

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.

Pint glass

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.

Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
