Unshadowed
Formerly called Hatha-Weizen, this was the first style the brewery brewed in 2006, and for years it was only on draft in the taproom. Banana and clove show in the aroma, banana carries into the flavour, and a lemony citrus edge runs alongside; the palate is soft and creamy, the finish effervescent. Cloudy and light-bodied, a classic German-style Hefeweizen at 6 % and 15 IBU.

AI-generated sensory profile for Unshadowed
Slightly warmer than a lager — 8–12°C allows the banana and clove esters from the yeast to fully develop.
Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.
Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
