Creamer
Creamer follows the recipe of Irish dry stouts: Maris Otter malt with flaked barley and unmalted roasted barley, fermented with a classic Irish ale yeast. At the end of fermentation the beer is charged with nitrogen to reproduce the way such stouts are served in Ireland. It is black with ruby glints and a beige, creamy head, carries light coffee notes, and feels silky and enveloping.
