Roasted coffee and chocolate carry the beer, with a touch of red fruit from the hops, and nitrogen gives it a creamy, smooth body. Since the batch packaged in November 2025 every brew has been gluten free: an enzyme added to the wort before fermentation breaks down the gluten, and the result is checked by an external laboratory.
