Dark Sky
A sessionable porter at 4.0 % built on a combination of black, roasted and crystal malts and two British hops, Phoenix and Bramling Cross. The brewery describes rich coffee and chocolate aromas that blend with dark and red fruit flavours, blackcurrant being the usual signature of the second hop. The body is light for a dark beer, which one drinker notes approvingly. It has been brewed since early 2022.

Serve at 10–13°C. Too cold mutes the roasted complexity that makes a good porter worth drinking slowly.
The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink within 6–12 months for best results. Baltic Porters can be aged longer.
