Each edition uses a different variety or harvest, so every release turns out a little different, and the aim is to explore the border between beer and wine. The current edition uses Souvignier Gris grapes from the Hageland, harvested in 2023. It pours golden. White grape, green apple, citrus and a light funk rise from the glass.
