A collaboration with Domaine Stéphane Tissot in the Jura, blending two-year lambic with the marc of Trousseau and Poulsard grapes that had macerated three months in amphora. At 7.5 percent it is the strongest beer in the current range. Like the other wine cuvées it appears in small volume, and sales at the brewery are limited to one bottle per person.
