The aroma brings stone fruit and citrus peel, while a base of Caramel Pils, Crystal and Caramel Munich malts adds light caramel, toffee and a bready sweetness to the palate. The body is fairly full, and a firm, drying hop bitterness takes over in the finish. Hops are Dr Rudi, Cascade, Citra and Idaho 7, giving grapefruit, apricot and a faint resinous edge.
