Pale golden hue with a fine turbidity characteristic of the style, rendered by suspension through the hefe. The head is compact and persistent, maintaining a fine ring of lacing around the glass as the beer is consumed. Carbonation is lively and visible throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent tropical stone fruit from Nectaron—peach and apricot notes—layered beneath a sharp, herbaceous lime character from Riwaka. Citra binds these into a cohesive whole, adding grapefruit zest and a clean citric backbone. No malt sweetness or yeast phenolics intrude; the aromatic profile remains hop-forward and bright.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with moderate bitterness, restrained by the beer's modest 6.8% ABV, allowing the dual dry-hop character to assert itself. Tropical and citrus notes from the three cultivars weave through the mid-palate—stone fruit sweetness countered by lime's sharp edge and Citra's resinous finish. Body is light to medium, creamy in texture without heaviness, and the finish drives toward dryness.

The aftertaste is crisp and moderately persistent, dominated by lime and grapefruit notes that fade gradually into a clean, dry sensation. The beer remains refreshing and approachable throughout, inviting another sip.
