Bright golden-yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The beer displays crisp carbonation and good lacing as the head recedes, characteristic of a well-executed pale lager. The light color and translucency exemplify the clean, premium Austrian brewing tradition.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh, grassy noble-hop character from the Tettnanger and Spalter Select, supported by subtle herbal and spicy overtones from Magnum and Perle. A delicate fruity undertone emerges beneath the hop-forward profile, while soft malt notes provide gentle balance without asserting themselves. The overall impression is clean, inviting, and quintessentially Austrian.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is crisp and clean from the opening, with balanced malt sweetness and a refined herbal-hop bitterness that develops gradually across the mid-palate. The 13.7° original gravity provides smoothness without heaviness, allowing the noble-hop notes and subtle spice to carry the flavor progression. Bitterness is restrained at 22 IBU, supporting rather than dominating the overall balance.

The finish is dry and refreshing, with herbal hop notes lingering gently into the aftertaste. The beer concludes light and smooth, without any harsh edges or residual sweetness.
