◎ Aussehen

A pale golden haze dominates the glass, with fine turbidity from the yeast in suspension creating a soft, diffuse appearance. The head forms with modest density and clings to the glass walls with moderate persistence. Carbonation is visible as fine bubbles rising steadily through the suspension.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with a distinctive coconut and cream character derived entirely from the Sabro hop, immediately followed by bright tangerine and lime citrus notes. A subtle cedar undertone emerges beneath the tropical top notes, grounding the aroma without asserting itself. The overall impression is aromatic and inviting, with the hop doing nearly all the expressive work.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and rounded, with the Sabro character translating as creamy coconut and citrus without sharp edges. Bitterness remains restrained, allowing the juicy tropical and citrus flavours to persist through the mid-palate. The body is full without weight, maintained by the soft mouthfeel that defines the style.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and rounded, trailing soft citrus and a whisper of coconut without drying the palate. Juiciness carries through to the final sip, leaving no harsh edges or lingering bitterness.
