◎ Aussehen

Hazy golden-orange body with pronounced turbidity from the unfiltered brewing process. A dense, persistent white head forms and clings to the glass walls with good retention. Fine carbonation creates a soft, inviting visual presence characteristic of the New England IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical stone fruit and citrus notes from the Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, backed by subtle floral undertones. A soft, slightly herbal quality from Riwaka adds complexity without aggressive alpha character. The overall impression is clean and approachable, with minimal malt backbone or phenolic yeast character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and juicy, delivering ripe mango, passionfruit and grapefruit without harsh bitterness. The moderate 45 IBU sits in balance, providing clean structure without overwhelming the delicate fruit character. A creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture round the mid-palate, with a mineral note adding definition in the finish.

The finish is crisp and refreshing, with bitterness fading gracefully into a dry, mineral aftertaste. The citrus and fruit notes linger briefly without becoming cloying, leaving the palate clean and inviting another sip.
