Anchovy contributes subtle complexity without any jarring marine quality, while a clean malt base provides gentle support. The overall impression is bright and approachable, with hop character well-balanced by restrained grain sweetness.

The palate opens with a soft, fruit-forward sweetness that carries the stone fruit and citrus character from the aroma across the mid-palate. A measured bitterness emerges underneath, providing structure without overwhelming the delicate fruit expression.
