The nose leads with vibrant New Zealand hop character: citrus peel, grapefruit, and stone fruit notes mingle with subtle tropical fruit undertones. A clean malt base provides soft grain support without heaviness, and fermentation is completely neutral, allowing hop character to dominate without any yeast-derived cloudiness masking the profile.

Entry is crisp and immediate, with citrus and herbal hop bitterness establishing the framework. Mid-palate balances light grain sweetness against dry, resinous hop expression; the 60 IBU sits comfortably without aggressive astringency. Finish remains clean and refreshing, with lingering citric notes and a moderately dry mouthfeel.
