The nose is dominated by dense, earthy peat smoke—reminiscent of Islay whisky malt—layered with soft wheat grain and a subtle toasty sweetness. Underneath lies a quiet yeasty complexity, with hints of coffee and dark fruit emerging on deeper inspection. The alcohol presence is warm but well-integrated, not intrusive.

The palate opens with wheat's characteristic softness before the peated malt arrives mid-sip, filling the mouth with smoky, earthy depth.
