The nose leads with soft, grainy malt sweetness punctuated by subtle caramel and light toasty notes that suggest bread crust. Hallertauer Perle hops contribute only a faint herbal whisper, keeping the aromatic profile delicate and malt-forward without asserting floral or grassy character.

Entry is soft and sweetish, driven by the malt's caramel and light toasty character that mirrors the aroma. The mid-palate maintains a full, round body with restrained bitterness at 17 IBU, allowing the special malt complexity to dominate. The finish remains smooth and mild, closing with a whisper of herbal dryness rather than any sharp bite.
