Haus Pilsner presents a pale golden hue characteristic of the style, with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass in delicate lacing, while active carbonation threads upward in fine, persistent bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with forward noble-hop character—floral and gently herbaceous—without the heavy grain presence of traditional continental Pilsners. Modern aromatic notes sit atop a clean, understated malt base, while the overall profile remains bright and inviting rather than brooding or complex.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with bold bitterness that asserts itself immediately and carries through the mid-palate with good definition. The malt provides a balanced foundation without weight, allowing the dry, hoppy character to dominate the center of the palate and lead into a sharp, clean finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish is elegantly dry and of good length, leaving a lingering noble-hop bitterness and a mineral-like edge. No residual sweetness intrudes; the aftertaste remains clean and aperitif-ready.
