◎ Aussehen

Bright golden-yellow hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings steadily to the glass walls. Carbonation appears brisk and well-integrated, supporting clean lacing as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation is inviting and well-defined.

◌ Aroma

Assertive hop character leads with bright grapefruit citrus and fresh pine resin, backed by herbal undertones that provide complexity without becoming sharp. The noble hop blend delivers a clean, aromatic quality with minimal malt sweetness—just a whisper of pale Malz supporting the composition. No yeast-derived esters intrude; the nose remains crisp and composed.

◐ Geschmack

Enters dry and citrus-forward, with grapefruit pith and resiny hop bitterness forming the core. Mid-palate builds moderate bitterness (60 IBU) without overwhelming; a light, dry grain backbone lets the hop profile dominate rather than mask it. Finish remains clean and dry, with lingering herbal-piney notes and a faint bitter edge.

◑ Abgang

Short to medium duration, clean and dry. Hop bitterness recedes gradually, leaving a faint herbal memory and a lean, refreshing aftertaste with no cloying sweetness.
