Uppercut presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and fine, persistent carbonation. The white head builds to moderate height and clings to the glass with distinct lacing as you drink, a hallmark of proper conditioning and adequate protein content in the malt bill.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive American hop aromatics—bright grapefruit and orange peel dominate, layered with subtle pine and resin notes. A clean, neutral malt base allows the hops to shine without interference, while the dry-hopping technique intensifies the citrus presence and delivers a characteristic fresh, grassy snap.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and immediately hop-forward, with citrus notes tracking cleanly across the palate. The mid-palate sustains dry, bitter qualities balanced by restrained malt sweetness, while the alcohol sits discreetly at 7.2% ABV. The finish builds toward a pronounced, lingering bitterness that defines the beer's character without becoming harsh.
