Pale golden-yellow with pronounced turbidity throughout the glass, characteristic of the New England style. A dense, pillowy white head forms and persists, leaving fine Schaumkleiden down the sides with each sip. Bright, lively carbonation lifts particulates in suspension.

◌ Aroma

Stone fruit dominates the nose with clear peach and nectarine notes leading the charge. Soft, candy-like fruity sweetness sits beneath, supported by subtle tropical undertones and a whisper of grain. No sharp herbal or pine character; the hops announce themselves through juice rather than astringency.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with immediate juicy stone-fruit sweetness, rounded by a generous oat-derived creaminess that envelops the mouth. Mid-palate carries mild bitterness (45 IBU) integrated seamlessly, never sharp or lingering. The creamy mouthfeel persists throughout, preventing any drying sensation and emphasizing the fruity character over hop intensity.

Clean, medium-length finish with peach and oat-derived sweetness fading gradually. No astringency or harsh aftertaste; the beer simply trails away with soft fruity memory.
