Hazy gold in the glass, turbid and opaque from suspended yeast and protein. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass walls with persistent lacing. Bright carbonation streams through the body, lending visual liveliness to the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—lime zest and orange peel—layered beneath a tropical fruit canopy of mango and passionfruit. Chinook, Lotus, El Dorado and Mosaic hops deliver both floral earthiness and juicy stone fruit notes. The pale malt and wheat provide a soft, slightly sweet backbone without asserting itself.

The palate enters with bold fruit sweetness—berries and citrus rush across the tongue—followed by a firm but refined bitterness that spreads smoothly through the mid-palate. The wheat contributes a silky texture that integrates the 9.5% alcohol seamlessly; no heat or harshness emerges. Bitterness persists gently without overshadowing the fruit character.
