Carbonation is present but restrained, lending a creamy mouthfeel despite the beer's dry character.

The nose leads with bright citrus—fresh-squeezed orange and grapefruit zest—layered with stone fruit notes of nectarine and ripe peach. Beneath runs a clean, grassy hop character from the cold-charge technique, with subtle tropical melon undertones that linger without turning candied or cloying.

Entry is juicy and medium-bodied, with citrus and stone fruit leading immediately. The mid-palate balances hop bitterness—present but soft—against a clean, dry mineral backbone, allowing the tropical fruit notes to breathe. Bitterness builds gently without sharp edges, finishing crisp and refreshing rather than aggressive.

The finish is short to medium, with lingering citrus and a pleasant drying sensation on the palate. Aftertaste remains clean and refreshing, with no harsh resinous burn—the hop character fades gracefully, leaving only subtle orange pith and a whisper of peach.
