Triga presents a hazy pale gold with a fine, delicate head that clings lightly to the glass. The unfiltered nature creates a soft cloudiness throughout the body, catching light with a warm, inviting glow. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting gentle movement and a calm visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced spicy notes—coriander dominates the opening, balanced by a gentle orange-peel citrus that adds freshness without aggression. Beneath these adjunct aromatics lies a subtle wheat-malt foundation with hints of Saaz herbal-floral character, creating a cohesive and inviting bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with the wheat malts providing a soft, slightly bready sweetness that supports the spice and orange-peel character. Mid-palate maintains good balance between the malty body and the refreshing bitterness (12 IBU) from East Kent Goldings, while coriander and subtle floral notes weave through. The finish dries gradually without harshness, leaving a lingering spice-and-citrus impression.

The finish is medium in length, trailing off with a dry, slightly peppery aftertaste that echoes the coriander and orange-peel aromatics. Refreshing and never cloying, Triga leaves the palate clean and inviting another sip.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.
