A hazy golden ale with pronounced turbidity from suspended yeast and grain particles, characteristic of the Belgian witbier style. The white head sits fine and persistent, with delicate lacing that clings to the glass as the beer is consumed. Bright carbonation is visible throughout, lending a lively visual presence.

The nose opens with prominent grain and wheat notes, grounded in the brewery's native Sicilian cereal varieties. Bright citrus zest—particularly orange—mingles with delicate floral and honey undertones that suggest the beer's terroir. A soft, bready character completes the aromatic profile, inviting further exploration.

The palate enters crisp and refreshing, with wheat and grain forming the structural foundation. Honey sweetness and subtle fruitiness emerge mid-palate, balanced by low bitterness (12 IBU) that never dominates. The malt character remains light and clean, allowing the distinctive grain character and citrus notes to remain central throughout.
