Pale straw yellow with a distinctly hazy, cloudy body that reveals the wheat-forward grain bill and suspended yeast. A fine, persistent white head forms and clings to the glass with delicate lacing. The carbonation is lively, producing a gentle effervescence that complements the beer's refreshing character.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by the distinctive bergamot perfume—floral, citrusy, and intensely aromatic, reflecting the terroir of Reggio Calabria's prized peel. Supporting notes of wheat grain, subtle orange zest, and delicate herbal undertones emerge as the beer warms slightly. The overall aromatic profile is bright and refined, with no harsh or astringent edges.

Entry is light and crisp, with the bergamot character unfolding across the palate in a clean, citrusy wave. The wheat malts provide a soft, slightly creamy backbone, while herbal and orange notes develop in the mid-palate without heaviness. Bitterness is minimal and restrained, allowing the botanical character to remain the focus throughout.
