The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes—lemon zest and orange peel—layered over tropical fruit impressions of papaya and mango. Beneath these bright hop aromas lies a light, clean Edelhopfen character with no harsh or vegetal notes, creating an aromatic profile that is immediately welcoming and appetizing.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a firm, assertive bitterness balanced by the citrus hop flavors that echo the aroma. Mid-palate develops a subtle spice and dryness that mirrors Calabrian chilli notes, while maintaining clarity and definition. The malt backbone remains light and unobtrusive, allowing the hops to command the flavor narrative without becoming harsh or one-dimensional.

The finish is dry and crisp, with the bitter impression lingering persistently while the spice fades into the background. A refreshing quality emerges in the aftertaste, leaving the palate clean and eager for the next sip.
