A hazy pale golden body with fine suspended particles from the unfiltered wheat base, creating a soft, cloudy presence in the glass. The head is modest but stable, clinging to the rim with delicate lacing. Carbonation is gentle and even throughout.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus notes lead the nose, with dried orange peel and a subtle coriander spice creating a gently herbal frame. Underneath runs a soft, yeasty warmth characteristic of Belgian Witbier fermentation, lending a slightly phenolic, clove-like undertone. The overall impression is clean and inviting, without sharp or aggressive top notes.

The palate opens soft and grainy from the wheat malt, with a light, clean body that allows the spice and citrus to develop across the mid-palate. Coriander and orange work in tandem with a subtle floral quality, while the Belgian yeast adds a gentle phenolic spiciness that keeps the profile complex without becoming heavy. Bitterness is restrained at 13 IBU, serving as mere background support rather than a driving force.

A crisp, refreshing fade with lingering warmth from the yeast character. The finish is clean and dry, leaving behind a faint spice memory without any cloying sweetness.
