◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with a distinctly hazy, cloudy body from the unfiltered wheat and suspended yeast. The dense, creamy white head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass rim, leaving a delicate trail of lacing with each sip. Visible carbonation animates the body with fine, steady bubbles.

◌ Aroma

Coriander and dried orange peel dominate the nose immediately, framed by the soft, phenolic warmth of the Belgian yeast strain. A gentle wheat maltiness provides a faint grainy base, complemented by subtle spice notes that lean toward white pepper rather than heavy clove. The profile is brightly citric without sharpness, inviting and approachable.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a clean wheat character and delicate sweetness, quickly tempered by a drying middle that prevents any cloying impression. Coriander and orange peel flavours develop distinctly on the mid-palate, with a subtle floral undertone and crisp, peppery finish that builds gently. Bitterness remains restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the botanical and fruit elements to lead throughout.

The finish is medium in length, drying and clean with a fading citrus note and lingering pepper spice. A light, refreshing aftertaste of wheat and yeast warmth carries through without heaviness.
