Golden-amber body with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The beer displays bright light transmission typical of the style, with active carbonation evident in gentle bubbling.

◌ Aroma

Blood orange leads decisively on the nose, supported by citrus-forward noble hops that suggest grapefruit zest and subtle floral notes. The hop character remains prominent without overshadowing the real fruit adjunct, while a clean malt base provides gentle sweetness underneath.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with sweet orange and tropical fruit that immediately meets firm, clean bitterness from the 55 IBU charge. Mid-palate carries both the fruited sweetness and dry hop edge in balance, with the blood orange remaining the dominant flavor thread through to the finish. Moderate body supports the dual nature without heaviness.

Medium finish with lingering citrus bitterness and a drying hop bite that cleanses the palate. The sweetness recedes gracefully, leaving a refreshing, dry aftertaste.
