Pale golden hue with excellent transparency and bright, clean presentation. The head forms quickly and maintains good Schaumhaftung along the glass walls, indicating proper carbonation and freshness. A classically clean West Coast appearance without cloudiness or chill haze.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by piny resin and dank conifer character, immediately announcing the aggressive hop-forward profile. Supporting notes of green herbal bitterness and subtle citrus zest emerge beneath the resin layer. Malz is restrained and clean, allowing the Edelhopfen to command the sensory space without competing floral or fruity distractions.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and immediately bitter, with pronounced pine and resin coating the palate. Mid-palate sustains a dry, gripping bitterness balanced by a moderate malz spine that provides enough body to anchor the aggressive hop assault without sweetness. The finish is decidedly dry, with lingering resinous bitterness that persists through the aftertaste.

A long, drying finish with persistent resin and pine character fading gradually. The aftertaste remains bitter and herbal, with a clean, refreshing quality that invites another sip.
