Deep brown to near-black in the glass, with the opaque density characteristic of a stout at 35 SRM. The head forms with moderate thickness and displays good retention, leaving fine lacing along the inside of the glass. Carbonation appears restrained, consistent with the style's full-bodied character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with warming spice—cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg rise clearly above the base. Beneath these, dark roasted malt provides an earthy backbone, while subtle vanilla supports without dominating. The pumpkin presence reads as a gentle vegetality rather than a distinct gourd aroma, integrating smoothly with the spice ensemble.

◐ Geschmack

Entry brings rich roasted malt with notes of coffee and caramel, grounding a full-bodied palate. Mid-palate balances pumpkin and vanilla sweetness against the dry roast, while cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg layer throughout without becoming harsh. The 35 IBU provides enough bitterness to prevent cloying, allowing spice and malt to coexist in equilibrium.

The finish extends smoothly, maintaining gentle spice and residual sweetness without astringency. Aftertaste lingers with soft caramel and a whisper of warming spice, fading cleanly.
