All The Leaves Are Brown
The original version of the brewery's autumn beer, first brewed in 2017 as a one-off for a Dutch beer festival and a returning seasonal since. It is a brown ale at imperial strength, re-fermented with Canadian maple syrup, on Golden Promise, chocolate and Munich malts with oats. Chocolate and maple mark the aroma; the brewery's older notes add caramel and treacle. The palate is sweet, rich and sticky with a full body. Drinkers call it thick, smooth and noticeably boozy.
