The nose opens with vibrant tropical stone fruit—mango and pineapple dominate, layered with bright orange marmalade and subtle citrus zest. Beneath the fruit sits a soft, cake-like maltiness and a whisper of herbal rosemary, grounded by the spice character typical of Nelson and Nectaron hops. The aromatic profile is complex and inviting, balancing fruit sweetness against gentle herbal depth.

The palate opens soft and fruity, with mango and pineapple notes melding into a sponge cake sweetness that avoids cloying character. The mid-palate develops a clear, measured bitterness of 80 IBU without harshness, complemented by a peppery spice and herbal undertone.
