The nose is immediately dominated by the trio of Southern Hemisphere noble hops—Motueka brings fresh lime and herbal minerality, Nectaron contributes stone fruit and subtle floral sweetness, while Riwaka adds grapefruit zest and a whisper of pine. Beneath the hop-forward character, soft biscuit malt grounds the aromatic profile without overwhelming the delicate citrus and tropical fruit notes.
