Toledo

◎ Aussehen

Hazy pale golden colour with a soft, cloudy appearance from suspended yeast and grain adjuncts. A modest white head forms on the pour and settles to a thin collar with light lacing on the glass. Gentle carbonation is evident, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the opaque body.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and approachable, with the citrus hops arriving first and the tropical notes developing through the mid-palate. The oats and wheat create a rounded, almost velvety mouthfeel that balances the 40 IBU bitterness beautifully. Bitterness remains restrained and well-integrated, never aggressive, allowing the malt sweetness to support the hop character.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and relatively short, with lingering citrus notes fading gently. A subtle dryness emerges at the very end, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
